Barnyard Terms and Conditions

Ticket Information:

Online reservations are REQUIRED for all patrons starting March 29, 2021 (exceptions: children under 2, grandparents on Wednesdays, Chicks and Bunnies ticket voucher holders, and green ticket booklets) to help manage capacity limits and minimize contact at the entrance. Reservations are made for a specific date and time to ensure the Barnyard is operating safely within the capacity limit and adhering to the proper social distancing requirements.

Tickets are only valid for date and time specified. Tickets cannot be transferred to another day. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

You have a 30-minute time frame to enter the Barnyard after the time specified on your ticket. Do not get in line to enter until we are within your time block. Early or late arrivals will not be accommodated. Present your ticket via the confirmation email on your phone to the cashier at the Barnyard entrance for scanning.

Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather or tardiness.

The Barnyard is open RAIN OR SHINE, and is outdoors. If raining, please bring an umbrella. Barnyard will close in the case of thunder/lightening.

Strollers are welcome inside our Barnyard Petting Zoo.

Ticket Pricing:

During the busy season, tickets must be purchased online via our website and not in person.

Tickets are $4 per person.

All children under the age of 2 are free and do not need a ticket.

On Wednesdays, grandparents are free and do not need a ticket.

Animal Feed:

You may feed animal crackers and feed pellets to our animals.

Animal crackers are available at the Barnyard Booth, cash only. For the safety of our animals health (to avoid over feeding), there is currently a limit on crackers: 2 per person, max 10 per family.

Animal feed pellets are available at the Barnyard Booth with the purchase of a Barnyard Bucket, or with a bucket refill.

Carrot tops are available for purchase in our Market. Purchase carrots with tops; remove the green tops and feed to the bunnies, take home the carrots to eat. DO NOT feed carrots to our bunnies or any other animal as the high sugar content will make them very sick.

All Persons Must Adhere To COVID-19 Regulations:

Per our town, county, state, and CDC guidelines, guests are currently required to wear a face covering that covers your nose and mouth (please be prepared to bring your own). Guests who are unable to wear masks are asked to produce a medical note advising that these requirements are to be waived. The individual’s health condition does not have to be stated in the doctor’s note.

All persons age 2+ are required to wear face masks (while currently mandated).

Social Distancing of 6 feet in effect.

Barnyard Staff will be wearing masks.

Please do not enter the Zoo if you are feeling ill.
