Ingredients

acorn squash
cut in half, seeded and baked

apple
peeled and diced
2
pear
peeled and diced
2
tbsp
brown sugar
1/2
cup
raisins
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
nutmeg
1/2
stick
butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut acorn squash in half lengthwise. Spoon out seeds and discard. Bake acorn squash cut side down on a baking sheet with water for 45 minutes.
Melt butter in a sauté pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook until fruit is soft.
Fill acorn squash with fruit mixture. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
