  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut acorn squash in half lengthwise. Spoon out seeds and discard. Bake acorn squash cut side down on a baking sheet with water for 45 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in a sauté pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook until fruit is soft.
  4. Fill acorn squash with fruit mixture. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
