The class will begin promptly at 6:30 PM (please arrive a few minutes early!). You’ll be guided step-by-step as you create one custom candle and one room spray, choosing from a curated selection of fresh, seasonal summer scents—think citrus, florals, and sun-soaked favorites.

Summer brings sunshine, gardening, beach days, and time spent outdoors, and herbs can be some of our greatest allies for supporting and nourishing the skin through it all. Join Herbalist and Plant Medicine Maker, Shannon Mulligan-Mayernik, owner of Mayernik Kitchen, for an educational workshop exploring gentle herbal remedies traditionally used for sun care, bug bites, dry skin, minor irritations, and everyday summer wellness.
Together, we’ll discuss herbs such as calendula, lavender, plantain, chamomile, rose, and more, while learning how to safely incorporate them into simple herbal skincare preparations. Shannon will share practical ways to work with infused oils, herbal sprays, salves, and botanical skin support that can easily become part of your summer wellness routine.
Participants will also have the opportunity to see, smell, and interact with a variety of medicinal herbs while learning approachable ways to connect more deeply with plant medicine through the senses.

Starting July 15th join us for a hands-on Flower Picking & Arranging Workshop at Abma’s Farm! Spend a serene summer evening in our beautiful flower fields, where you’ll hand-pick a beautiful selection of fresh blooms and then head to our arranging table for a guided flower arranging session.
You’ll learn how to properly cut flowers in the field, arrange them into a stunning bouquet, and care for them at home. Whether you’re a floral newbie or an experienced bloom enthusiast, this DIY workshop is a fun and relaxing way to celebrate the season.

Come on down to the farm and visit our Barnyard Petting Zoo!
Visit our goats, sheep, alpaca, donkeys, ponies, bunnies, pigs, and more! Check out one of a kind features like our 'Golden Goat Bridge", duck pond, and 'Bunnyville'. Littles can play at "Pepper's Play House Village", our kids playhouse and photo op area.
The Barnyard is a fun and educational experience for the whole family to enjoy. All ages are welcome!

Celebrate your child's birthday with an exciting farm themed party at Abma's Farm! We currently host unique parties from early May to late October. All of our seasonal birthday party packages are 90 minutes long, are outside, and entertain 10 to 20 children. Our packages are ideal for celebrating children up to 10 years old.
