Abma's Farm is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Deli Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy farm market deli. This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation of the deli department, including the deli service case, grab-and-go refrigeration cases, prepared foods, inventory management, staff supervision, food safety compliance, and daily operational execution.
This is a hands-on management position in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, leads by example, maintains high operational standards, and takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily deli operations
- Manage and supervise deli staff
- Maintain accurate daily logs and operational trackers
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are consistently followed
- Ensure all cases remain fully stocked, organized, clean, and visually appealing throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A vehicles
- Transport materials, products, and equipment
- Assist with loading/unloading when needed
- Follow all safety and compliance standards
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
Ideal Candidate:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and safety-focused
Retail Associate
Hillsborough, NJ | Full Time or Part Time
We're looking for friendly, dependable individuals to help create a positive experience for our guests. As a Retail Associate, you'll be one of the first faces customers see when they visit the farm, whether they're shopping in our farm market, checking in for an event, or visiting our petting zoo.

- Operate cash registers and process customer purchases
- Welcome guests and assist with questions
