Dishwasher/Sanitation Team Member

Abma's Farm is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher / Sanitation Team Member to join our fast-paced commissary and prepared foods kitchen. You'll play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards that keep our kitchen operating efficiently every day. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a busy environment, and understands that a clean kitchen is the foundation of great food.
We are looking for someone who:
- is reliable, punctual, self-motivated, efficient, and organized
- has minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen
- has experience using a manual three-compartment sink system
- has knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and food safety standards
- is able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
Class A Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to support operations at both our Wyckoff farm and Hillsborough farm.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A vehicles
- Transport materials, products, and equipment
- Assist with loading/unloading when needed
- Follow all safety and compliance standards
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
Ideal Candidate:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Dependable and safety-focused
Retail Associate
Hillsborough, NJ | Full Time or Part Time
We're looking for friendly, dependable individuals to help create a positive experience for our guests. As a Retail Associate, you'll be one of the first faces customers see when they visit the farm, whether they're shopping in our farm market, checking in for an event, or visiting our petting zoo.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a family-owned farm dedicated to connecting families with agriculture.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and process customer purchases
- Welcome guests and assist with questions
- Check in visitors for the petting zoo, events, and special experiences
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space
- Assist with stocking merchandise and displays
- Provide excellent customer service to guests of all ages
- Support other farm market and guest service operations as needed
