Our Honey Harvesting Process
- Removable Frames: We use removable frames in our beehives, allowing us to harvest honey without disrupting the bees.
- Removing the Cappings: Once the frames are filled with honey, we gently remove the wax cappings that seal the honey in the cells.
- Spinning the Honey: Using a centrifuge, we spin the frames to extract the honey. This method ensures that we gather every drop without damaging the comb.
- Straining and Bottling: The honey is then strained to remove any remaining wax particles, but we never filter it, preserving the natural pollen and propolis. Finally, the honey is bottled, ready for you to enjoy.
