Barnyard Bash Party

• $40 per participating child (min. 10, max. 20 children)

• $5 per adult

• $400 non-refundable deposit (plus processing fees) due at booking, covers the first 10 children

  • Deposit is applied to your final balance (excluding processing fees)

15% gratuity for party facilitators will be automatically added to the final bill.

Your Barnyard Bash includes:

• Outdoor tented party space (max capacity: 40 people) with four 8-foot picnic tables.
• On-site parking
• Portable restroom facility near the tent
• 30 minutes of setup time before your party
• 90 minutes of party time
• One food package per participating child (chosen at checkout), includes homemade cupcake from our Bakery as well as napkins and plates
• Barnyard Petting Zoo admission and feed bucket per participating child
• 10-minute guided Barnyard tour
• 2-lap pony ride for each participating child
• Abma’s Farm t-shirt for the birthday child
• 2–3 dedicated party facilitators
• A 15% staff gratuity is automatically added to your final bill.

• Minimum: 10 participating children

• Maximum: 20 participating children

• Parties with fewer than 10 children are billed for 10

• Maximum total capacity: 40 people (children + adults combined)

A participating child:

• Takes part in party activities and

• Receives a food package

Infants who do not need food and do not participate in activities do not need to be included in your final count and are not billed.

• 1.5 hours total
• Includes food time, birthday celebration, Barnyard tour, and pony rides
• Waiting for late guests will reduce activity time

For the safety and welfare of our animals,

• Children must be at least 2 years old
• Max. weight limit is 80 lbs (non-negotiable)

Pony rides take place inside the Barnyard Petting Zoo.

We do not provide decorations.

You are welcome to bring:

• Balloons
• Tablecloths
• Simple tablescapes and/or centerpieces
• Favors/Goodie Bags

Decorations not permitted:

• Confetti
• Piñatas
• Balloon popping
• Decor requiring extensive setup

Balloon arches are discouraged. You are responsible for disposal or a $100 cleanup fee will apply if they are brought.

Tent dimensions are 20x30. Each party has one tent with 4 8ft picnic tables.
