Your Pumpkin Patch Hayride Party includes:

• Free on-site parking
• 30 minutes of setup time before your party
• 1.5 hours of party time
• Outdoor tented party space (max capacity: 40 people)
• Portable restroom facility
• Four 8-foot picnic tables
• Abma’s Farm t-shirt for the birthday child
• One food package per participating child (chosen at checkout), includes homemade cupcake from our Bakery as well as napkins and plates
• Private hay wagon (max. 35 guests per wagon; additional guests can relax at tented area)
• Hayride through our 32-acre farm
• 1 small pumpkin per participating child (extra pumpkin add-on available per request)
• 2–3 dedicated party facilitators

No. Admission to the Barnyard Petting Zoo is not included by default, but may be added to your party for an additional cost.

Zoo admission must be selected in advance and is subject to availability and operating hours.

For the 4pm party, please note that petting zoo admission must be enjoyed before the party because the farm closes at 5:30pm.

• Minimum: 10 participating children

• Maximum: 20 participating children

• Parties with fewer than 10 children are billed for 10

• Maximum total capacity: 40 people (children + adults combined)

A participating child:

• Takes part in party activities and

• Receives a food package

Infants who do not need food and do take a pumpkin do not need to be included in your final count and are not billed. They may ride the hayride as a "lap sitter".

• 1.5 hours total
• Includes food time, birthday celebration, hayride, and pumpkin picking.
• Waiting for late guests will reduce activity time.

There is no age or weight limit for the hayride.

We do not provide decorations.

You are welcome to bring:

• Balloons
• Tablecloths
• Simple tablescapes and/or centerpieces
• Favors/Goodie Bags

Decorations not permitted:

• Confetti
• Piñatas
• Balloon popping
• Decor requiring extensive setup

Balloon arches are discouraged. You are responsible for disposal or a $100 cleanup fee will apply if they are brought.

Tent dimensions are 20x30. Each party has one tent with 4 8ft picnic tables.
