- 2 acorn squash cut in half, seeded and baked
- 2 apple peeled and diced
- 2 pear peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 stick butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut acorn squash in half lengthwise. Spoon out seeds and discard. Bake acorn squash cut side down on a baking sheet with water for 45 minutes.
- Melt butter in a sauté pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook until fruit is soft.
- Fill acorn squash with fruit mixture. Return to oven and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
