Abma's CSA Program

May 16, 17, & 18 to
September 26, 27, & 28

What is Abma’s Farm CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, a cooperative relationship between the farmer and their customers. Paying in advance before the season begins means you are committing to a “share” of our crop production. For the 20-week season, you will receive a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, as well as experience the diverse picking seasons on the farm. You will see first hand the bounty, success, and uncontrollable work of Mother Nature! All of our homegrown produce is hand picked at the peak of each item’s individual season to ensure the quality and flavor. Receiving a box weekly offers you the experience and variety of living on a farm without the hard work! By growing all of our produce from seed, we ensure our produce is GMO free and all natural.

Chose your share size (personal, half, or full), your pickup peppers and more peppersday, and any add-ons you would like! You can add-on fresh eggs from our chicken coop or even a bottle of wine from fellow Locavores Tomasello Winery!

field with tractorWhat can you expect in your box? Well, each week your box will be different! It all depends on the different growing seasons; for example, you can expect lettuces, kale, and broccoli in the cooler months (May, September), corn and tomatoes in the warm months (July, August), and a variety of vegetables in between. Your vegetable bounty will include lettuce, carrots, cauliflower, peppers, swiss chard, arugula, zucchini, radish, broccoli rabe, bok choy, sweet corn, tomatoes, turnips, and much much more!

Reviews:

“I am just writing to say what a wonderful experience the CSA has been, and I am VERY grateful. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I’ve always been a little reluctant because I thought, “what if I get something I don’t like?” But I decided to put my $ where my mouth was anyway and support farming. (No farms, no food) And it has been such a pleasant surprise–even the kohlrabi. : ) I’ve been promoting the csa and your farm to everyone I know. Thank you again. Your hard work has yielded much deliciousness!”

THANK YOU TO ALL OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO ARE A PART OF OUR CSA PROGRAM!
